- Elizabeth LAmazing food! We had the strawberry spinach salad and I absolutely loved it. For appetizer we had scallops with a blueberry sauce. Some of the best scallops I've ever had, tender and delicious and the little bit of blueberry sauce with each bite was amazing. For dinner I had the crab cakes with mixed vegetables and yellow Yukon potatoes. Most restaurant's side vegetables are just blah and lying there. These were some of the best stir-fried vegetables from a restaurant we have had. My crab cakes were moist on the inside not overcooked and came with a Chipotle sauce which really highlighted the crab cakes. My husband had an old favorite of the Levee House, the chicken and pea pasta. And it did not disappoint. We were hearing raving reviews from all the tables around us about their food. We highly recommend trying out the new Levee House bistro.
- Brian OTo start off the food was amazing. All the workers were very polite and friendly. The prices are a little up there but for an occasional splurge it's a great choice. Most meals were in the $18-$25 range with the specials between $45-$55. This is not our normal price range for dinner dates but we will definitely be returning and bringing some family with us.
- Lee OA great view of the river, good selection of local wines and fine dining choices make The Levee House a nice choice for a special dinner. I had blackened Mahi mahi with sweet rice, and it was fantastic. Treat yourself to a visit here, you won't regret it.
