Chef Thomas Hickey

Chef Tommy's culinary journey began at a young age, working at a small family-owned restaurant in Boston. He honed his skills by working in restaurants throughout New England and eventually earned his certification from Johnson & Wales. With experience in various restaurants and hotels across the country, he settled in the Mid-Ohio Valley and opened The Levee House Bistro with his wife and business partner, Casey. The restaurant has become a local favorite, thanks to Chef Tommy's expertise and passion for cooking.
